You haven't provided enough information. Merely saying that the volume of
the large box is 3300 liter does not tell us its dimensions. It could,
conceivably, have one dimension smaller than 14mm, in which case none of
the little boxes could be put in the large box.

But of course it's easy to give an upper bound on how many of those little
boxes could be put in such a large box:

At most 95046 of those little boxes can be put in a box of volume 3300
liter.

You haven't provided enough information. Merely saying that
the volume of the large box is 3300 liter does not tell us
its dimensions. It could, conceivably, have one dimension
smaller than 14mm, in which case none of the little boxes
could be put in the large box.
On the other hand, if the box were 14mm x 40mm x 5.892857km,
then the maximal 95046 could fit in.

Another possiblity is to fit 95046 small boxes into
one large box which is
1.680m x 1.022m x 1.922m
= (42*40mm) x (73*14mm) x (31*62mm)

Note that this solution leaves 2.88 cm^3 unaccounted for,
though.
